- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust test automation frameworks (API, integration, end-to-end).
- Develop automated test scripts using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Validate microservices architectures, REST APIs, and event-driven systems.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD) to ensure continuous quality.
- Collaborate closely with developers to promote shift-left testing practices.
- Perform root cause analysis of defects and ensure proper resolution.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices in both development and test automation.
- Define and improve test strategies, test plans, and quality metrics.
- Contribute to performance, reliability, and security testing initiatives.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote a strong quality-driven culture within the team.
- Ensure proper documentation of automation frameworks and test cases.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience / Skills
- Strong experience in test automation with a developer mindset (Java, Kotlin).
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Karate, Selenium, Cypress, RestAssured,).
- Solid knowledge of API testing and RESTful services.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD) and DevOps practices.
- Good understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling) is a plus.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

- Upper-Intermediate English level with effective communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
