We are seeking an **HR Manager France** to support approximately **400 employees across our three legal entities** in France. This is a **hands-on, senior generalist role** with a strong emphasis on **labour relations**, **employee relations**, and **operational HR leadership** within a **multinational, matrix environment**. The role plays a critical part in supporting the business through ongoing transformation and post-merger integration, while ensuring full compliance with French labour law and alignment with Solenis’ global HR framework. The HR Manager acts as the **primary HR authority in France**, fully **owns local HR delivery**, **employee relations, and union processes**, while **acting as a trusted advisor to local leadership** and contributing to local HR strategies that support business needs. The role plays a key part in supporting post-merger integration, optimizing HR processes, and strengthening employee engagement and performance, while ensuring alignment with Solenis’ global HR direction.* Implement global and regional compensation & benefits programs locally.* Provide insights on local market practices to global COE teams.* Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements (pay, pensions, insurances).* Lead day-to-day HR operations, ensure efficient execution and continuous process improvement.* Monitor HR metrics, risks, and budget alignment.* Support HR systems implementation and data-driven decision-making.* Monitor HR-related spend for France to ensure alignment with budget expectations.* Ensure consistent HR documentation, reporting, and audit readiness.* **5 – 7+ years’ experience** in a senior HR generalist role (HR Manager or Senior HRBP), ideally within a an international or multicultural environments and matrix structures.* **Strong, hands-on expertise in French labour law and union relations** is essential.* Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases and social dialogue.* Experience leading and developing HR teams with a strong operational background in managing end-to-end HR service delivery.* Background in compensation & benefits implementation within larger organizations.* Demonstrated ability delivering change initiatives and supporting cultural transformation.* **Native-level French and professional-level English (C1/C2)**.* Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability, including interaction with global COEs.* Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Labour Law, or equivalent.* High level of operational credibility and sound judgement, capable of translating strategy into action.* Ability to balance compliance, business pragmatism, and employee experience.* Strong resilience and confidence in managing sensitive and high-stakes situations.* Ability to work autonomously, while aligning with global frameworks.* Clear, influential communication with stakeholders at all levels.* Problem-solving capability with a data-driven, analytical mindset.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Accompagner les activités de recrutement et garantir des parcours d’intégration efficaces.* Piloter les campagnes de performance et d’évaluation en assurant équité et cohérence.* Déployer les actions de formation et de développement des compétences.* Contribuer aux réflexions sur la gestion des talents et la succession.* Mettre en œuvre localement les programmes de rémunération et d’avantages sociaux globaux et régionaux.* Apporter une expertise sur les pratiques de marché locales auprès des équipes COE globales.* Garantir la conformité légale et réglementaire (paie, retraite, assurances, obligations sociales).* Superviser les opérations RH quotidiennes et conduire l’amélioration continue des processus.* Suivre les indicateurs RH, les risques et l’alignement budgétaire.* Contribuer au déploiement des outils et systèmes RH et à une prise de décision fondée sur les données.* Assurer la qualité de la documentation RH, du reporting et la préparation aux audits.* **5 à 7+ ans d’expérience dans un rôle RH généraliste senior** (HR Manager ou HR Business Partner Senior), idéalement dans un environnement international, multiculturel et matriciel.* **Expertise opérationnelle confirmée en droit du travail français et en relations sociales** (impératif).* Expérience avérée dans la gestion de situations complexes en relations individuelles et collectives.* Expérience en management et développement d’équipe RH, avec une forte orientation opérationnelle.* Solide expérience en déploiement de politiques de rémunération et d’avantages sociaux.* Capacité démontrée à accompagner le changement et les transformations organisationnelles.* **Français langue maternelle et anglais professionnel courant (C1/C2)**.* Excellentes capacités d’influence et de gestion des parties prenantes, y compris au niveau international.* Diplôme Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines, Droit social ou équivalent.* Forte crédibilité opérationnelle et excellent discernement.* Capacité à concilier conformité légale, pragmatisme business et expérience collaborateur.* Résilience et assurance dans la gestion de situations sensibles et à fort enjeu.* Autonomie dans l’exécution tout en respectant les cadres globaux.* Communication claire, structurée et impactante à tous les niveaux.* Approche analytique et orientée données.* Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique.Même si vous ne répondez pas à 100 % des critères, si vous avez une solide expérience en **dialogue social**, en **droit du travail** et en **environnements complexes**, nous vous encourageons vivement à postuler.At Solenis, we understand that our greatest asset is our people.
