Your Mission: Lead and empower a dedicated team of Field Service Engineers, Technical Support Specialists, and Hotline Experts in the French-speaking EMEA region. Act as the primary contact for all Service‑related matters for our French customers—internally and externally. Manage escalations and critical incidents with a calm, solution‑oriented approach. Develop and implement tailored Service solutions that meet the specific needs of our customers. Collaborate with EOS headquarters to align on strategic service initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Plan and oversee team training, resource allocation, and budget management in line with our Service strategy. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and promote the well‑being of your team. Your Talents: A solid academic foundation in Engineering, Economics, or a comparable field. Proven leadership experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing industry. Hands‑on service know‑how, preferably in technical field service – Additive Manufacturing is a plus. Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Master of priorities, able to navigate fast‑paced environments and manage expectations with confidence. Strategic thinker with a hands‑on mindset, balancing long‑term goals and daily operations. Fluent in French and English, German is a bonus – and you’re open to traveling across EMEA (up to 30%).
