The IT teams operate internationally and develop cross-functional solutions serving multiple entities within the group, in complex, regulated environments with high security and availability requirements.
You will join a team of IT experts in charge of the delivery, maintenance and support activities of the group's shared technical platforms.
The position is integrated into the product support teams, with close collaboration with local and global teams covering, in particularMISSIONS -Systems, database and network management -Application maintenance and support -IT/IPC process management -Technical project management -Quality of service (QoS) and IT governance -The teams primarily address the following activities: -IT infrastructure support for business and development teams -Technical activities related to the production and delivery of IT services -Support for the development, maintenance and operation of the group's applications The teams are involved in the entire lifecycle of solutions, from the study and design phases to production and operational maintenance.

responsibilities:
- Ensure a high level of availability, security, and performance of critical platforms
- Be responsible for cross-functional Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms
- Install, maintain, and upgrade file transfer platforms
- Oversee production and ensure the resolution of complex technical incidents
- Administer internal and external data transfers, in conjunction with numerous partners
- Provide support to users and application teams for the implementation and operation of data flows
- Prioritize and secure file transfers in the production environment
- Develop scripts and automations related to transfers and batch processing
- Ensure the monitoring and reporting of application flows
- Analyze incidents and produce reliable operational documentation compliant with internal standards
- Contribute to incident, problem, and change management processes (level 3 support)
- Improve the stability, performance, and resilience of operational systems
- Write and maintain operational guides, implementation procedures, and work instructions
- Implement standard requests via ITSM tool (ServiceNow)
- Diagnose and resolve incidents within the technical scope
- Collaborate with development teams for the automation and industrialization of processes
- Write technical documentation in accordance with internal rules and standardsDesired Expertise and Technical

Skills:
– Knowledge and experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions – Experience managing and operating the Axway Synchrony platform: Gateway XFB, Integrator, PassPort, Sentinel, Composer, Interpel, CFT, Secure Transport – Experience managing and operating Stonebranch Universal Agent: UAC, UDM (Data Mover), UEM (Event Monitor), UCMD (Command Manager) – Proficiency with file transfer protocols and tools: SFTP, PeSIT – Technical knowledge in application server support (Apache Tomcat, Apache HTTP) – Experience with network technologies (TCP/IP) and scripting (PowerShell, Shell, Perl, PHP, Python) – Experience administering Linux and Windows environments (system tools and services) – Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware) and cloud environments (Azure, AWS) – Advanced use of ServiceNow – Knowledge of ITIL/IPC frameworksNice to have:– Knowledge of SWIFT FileAct and SWIFT FIN financial protocols – Experience in TWS scheduling – Use of EGEN for job creation – Technical knowledge in application server and middleware administration: Apache Tomcat, Apache HTTP, JBoss, MQSeries Skills Technologies and Tools Linux VMware Apache Tomcat Composer Axway Synchrony Python JBoss ServiceNow AWS HTTP Perl PHP Azure TCP/IP PowerShell SFTP Windows Swift Metho
