Brands, in turn, benefit from a strong network and efficient tools to extend their reach and boost their activity.By empowering retailers to compete with major players, Ankorstore aims to transform long‑term collaboration between brands and retailers.Main ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement solutionsDesign, develop, and maintain frontend servicesEmbrace new technologies such as AI when designing solutionsContribute to the evolution of our architectureTake leadership in our Chapter of PracticeWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code with appropriate test coverageTroubleshoot and debug complex issues across the platformCollaborate with Data Team to provide useful tracking events and reportingOptimize application performance and ensure scalabilityParticipate in code reviews and mentor more junior team membersContribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharingHelp us to define and follow the best engineering practicesSupport the on‑call rotation to ensure platform reliabilityRequirements5+ years of professional software engineering experienceProven experience designing and implementing standalone frontend serviceExperience with VueJS or ReactJSStrong understanding of front end software patterns and principlesTrack record of driving engineering excellence and best practices, practicing good software engineering practices around clean code, reviews, and testing.Understand performance, security, and scalabilityStrong technical communication skills, both written and verbalStrong analytical skills and attention to detailUser‑focused mindset when approaching technical problemsAbility to solve complex problems in simple waysBeing a pragmatic and autonomous team player, knowing how to adapt to a rapidly evolving work environmentCuriosity and passion to constantly learn new thingsEnglish workplace proficiencyBenefitsRemote policy: 3 days at the office, and 2 days remotelyAll of our employees are automatically covered by Health Insurance & Life Insurance.
