Since then we’ve raised €5M in pre‑seed and €20M in Series A with tier‑1 investors and built a team of 50 with a product operating with +50 customers across 15 countries. We are looking for smart, execution‑driven people to join our team, with a strong focus on excellence and a desire to achieve great things as a team. What You Will Do Be among a strong engineering team (23 engineers) and help building the product, back‑office and underlying tech Frontend challenges Be one of our early engineers, and help building the whole product and the underlying tech, hand‑in‑hand with the rest of the team and the CTO. Work closely with backend engineers and product designers to inform/refine/validate design concepts. Evolve our frontend into a mono‑repo architecture with dedicated apps (main app, vendor portal, cloud functions) and separate packages (design system, shared modules) — to improve build performance, code clarity, and scalability. Design frontend abstraction layers for ERP‑driven forms, capable of handling varying field structures and business rules. Improve frontend engineering guidelines and expose them to Lens to ensure code quality and consistency. Skills And Experiences You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering. You are fluent in English - it is our business language. You have strong programming skills (e.g. React, TypeScript), and you keep up to date with the latest trends in frontend technologies. You have a strong design sense and you know how to efficiently interact with UX designers. You know how to create simple and reusable components for complex UIs. You have a full understanding of how the frontend interacts with the stack (API). You have experience with writing automated tests (Playwright / Selenium / Cypress…). You are rigorous about best practices (e.g. technical design, testing, code reviews, documentation, maintenance…). Mindset You like solving problems and making complex things simple. You have a product mindset, always thinking about the user experience and delivering value. You are curious and open‑mind, (almost) language agnostic and non‑dogmatic. You know how to write quality code, how to code efficiently, how to make right trade‑offs. You always want to keep learning and you are comfortable with confronting ideas.
