A leading regional Investment Bank is looking to add a VP into its Healthcare M&A team in Paris.This is an established Mid-Cap focused Firm that has access to an enviable deal flow across a range of sectors. It generally focuses on Infrastructure and Industrials along with more conventional sector. The team is noted for maintaining a high performing yet entrepreneurial and positive culture to operate within where you will have good access to mentorship from the balanced team of advisors.ResponsibilitiesTake a leading role in the management and execution of Investment Banking mandates in the French market.Support the origination of Investment Banking transactions across the French market financial models, valuation analyses, pitch books, and client presentationsSupport senior bankers in the origination and execution of transactionsConduct in-depth industry, company, and market research to support strategic insightsEngage directly with clients, investors, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentRequirements6+ years of full-time experience in M&A/Investment BankingHealthcare Investment Banking expertise is not essential but a bonusStrong technical skills, including financial modeling and valuation (DCF, LBO, Comps, etc.)Exceptional academic background from a top-tier university or business schoolTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a demanding and intellectually rigorous environmentFluency in French is essentialPlease apply if this is of interest to you #J-18808-Ljbffr
