Role Overview
The Vice President will play a central role in originating and executing investment banking mandates, working closely with senior bankers while leading deal teams on complex transactions. The role combines hands-on execution responsibility with increasing exposure to client management and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of M&A, buy-side, sell-side, and related corporate finance transactions from origination through closing
- Manage day-to-day deal processes, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence coordination, and transaction documentation
- Supervise and mentor Associates and Analysts, ensuring high-quality output and efficient workflow
- Prepare and review pitch materials, information memoranda, management presentations, and board-level materials
- Act as a key point of contact for clients during live transactions, maintaining strong relationships and credibility
- Support senior bankers in business development efforts, including idea generation and client coverage
- Coordinate with internal sector, strategy, and advisory teams as required
