Ce rôle est un mélange de leadership d’équipe, excellence opérationnelle et engagement client de haut niveau. Il nécessite une personne structurée, assertive, capable de gérer l’ambiguïté et de guider des clients exigeants tout en maintenant les équipes motivées. Le profil idéal est un tout-terrain : quelqu’un qui aime à la fois diriger des personnes et intervenir activement dans la livraison, qui prospère dans des situations complexes et qui peut naviguer des sujets climatiques techniques avec aisance (même sans être un expert technique profond).
