You will be trained and supported to master high-tech equipment deployed at major industrial clients in France and abroad.Your MissionInstall, commission and test Sidel equipment, including single machines and complete production lines, including both rotary and linear machines, on customer sites.Intervene on new equipment as well as existing installed bases, mainly across Europe, but also outside Europe when required.Troubleshoot, prevent and adopt corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical and automated machines within high-speed production lines, including start-up missions, breakdown support, functional analysis and anomaly identification.Execute precise technical diagnostics, share feedback with internal support teams and propose corrective actions.Administrate equipment upgrades and optimisation, including hardware and software updates.Collaborate closely with project managers and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Train and empower client operators and maintenance technicians to ensure efficient equipment handling.Report after-sales opportunities detected on customer site.Comply fully with Sidel and client safety rules, with clear communications throughout interventions.Prepare and deliver detailed technical reports in English or French following each intervention.Your ProfileTechnical degree (automation, mechatronics, electrotechnics, industrial maintenance…)Strong technical curiosity and eagerness to learn continuouslyField experience preferred or strong motivation to learn on the jobFluent in English, essential for working in a multicultural teamWillingness to travel extensively (often >80% of the time) and adapt to different international environmentsExcellent interpersonal skills and customer service mindsetWhat we offer youA comprehensive training program, combining factory learning, hands-on field sessions and digital trainingAttractive benefits: travel bonuses, health insurance, provident fund, profit-sharing, paid leave, holiday bonusOpportunity to work on technologically advanced machines recognised worldwideA key role with prestigious clients, major industrial groups in food, beverages, home and personal care sectorsAn international, dynamic team and a modern, collaborative working environment that prioritises well-being and personal and professional growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
