Information About The Position As part of the IT team of 50 people, you will join the IT Hardware team responsible for IT infrastructure and equipment in all Vinted offices and warehouses across Europe. The team’s goal is to ensure secure and efficient operations, delivering world‑class space for every employee. Responsibilities Manage the lifecycle of IT hardware across Vinted Go locations in France and Europe: procurement, replacement, repairs, and disposal. Ensure that warehouse IT equipment and services (printers, scanners, audio/video equipment, etc.) are operational. Support colleagues via the ticketing system and internal communication tools on hardware and service‑related topics. Work with the team to build roadmaps for your area. Create efficient processes to automate routine tasks. Handle daily operational activities and maintain documentation. Co‑create with teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to improve services and implement solutions. About You Good understanding of IT hardware and software. Basic knowledge of networks (WiFi, LAN). Experience with logistics warehouse IT infrastructure is a plus. Willingness to travel across France and Europe for business needs. Knowledge of ITIL best practices or certification is beneficial. Comfortable working with vendors and stakeholders. Motivated by uncertainty and eager to help colleagues. Strong written and in‑person communication skills.
