This team is in charge of launching and deploying a new global Program “**LEAP**”, aiming to enhance collaboration at a global level to better support our business ambitions. It will bring scale and enable many initiatives and innovations, fueled by data and technology. **Change Management Expert.** The Change Management Expert is part of the Change & Adoption team and reports into the Transformation – Change & Adoption Director. He/she is in charge of managing and implementing change across Pernod Ricard during the Leap ERP transformation program. This role is dedicated to ensuring that the organization, its people, and its processes are fully prepared and positively engaged in transitioning to the new ERP system.
