OverviewInbolt is a fast-growing deeptech startup with teams in Europe, US, and Japan. We work at the intersection of web, AI, and robotics, with real machines and real factories. Our mission is to lead the core product surface that customers use every day, providing high ownership on architecture and technical decisions.Role OverviewYou will join our Engineering team and take a lead role in designing, building, and deploying Inbolt’s web applications used directly by our customers. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll collaborate closely with Product Management (PM), guide the technical direction, and mentor a small team full-stack engineers.What You Will DoOwn the architecture and technical direction of Inbolt Studio and related web servicesDesign and develop front end and back end features for customer-facing applicationsBuild and scale APIs, data models, and real-time data flows for industrial use casesIntegrate computer vision and robotics features into reliable, production-grade systemsDefine and enforce best practices on code quality, testing, and observabilityInvestigate and resolve production issues with a strong focus on robustness and UXWork closely with Product Management to shape the roadmap and refine specificationsMentor and support full-stack engineers, perform code reviews, and drive technical alignment across the teamWhat We Are Looking For7+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, including at least 2 years in a lead or staff roleStrong experience in Python for back end developmentExperience designing and implementing APIs (HTTP REST, gRPC) and data modelsExperience with real-time or data intensive web applicationsComfortable owning projects end to end, from design to productionFluent in English.
