Our mission is to lead the core product surface that customers use every day, providing high ownership on architecture and technical decisions.

Role Overview

You will join our Engineering team and take a lead role in designing, building, and deploying Inbolt's web applications used directly by our customers.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll collaborate closely with Product Management (PM), guide the technical direction, and mentor a small team full-stack engineers.

What You Will Do

  • Own the architecture and technical direction of Inbolt Studio and related web services
  • Design and develop front end and back end features for customer-facing applications
  • Build and scale APIs, data models, and real-time data flows for industrial use cases
  • Integrate computer vision and robotics features into reliable, production-grade systems
  • Define and enforce best practices on code quality, testing, and observability
  • Investigate and resolve production issues with a strong focus on robustness and UX
  • Work closely with Product Management to shape the roadmap and refine specifications
  • Mentor and support full-stack engineers, perform code reviews, and drive technical alignment across the team

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, including at least 2 years in a lead or staff role
  • Strong experience in Python for back end development
  • Solid front end experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
  • Experience designing and implementing APIs (HTTP REST, gRPC) and data models
  • Experience with real-time or data intensive web applications
  • Comfortable owning projects end to end, from design to production
  • Fluent in English. French is a plus.

Additional Plus

  • Experience with edge computing, industrial systems, robotics, or computer vision
  • Experience with real-time constraints, streaming architectures, or distributed systems
  • Experience in B2B SaaS products with technical users
