Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Finance) or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in program management. Experience in quantitative modeling within the energy industry, portfolio management, risk management, and valuation analysis. Experience in Python programming. About the job As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. Responsibilities Work cross-functionally to identify new structuring opportunities, while incorporating a comprehensive view of the portfolio. Guide negotiators to identify, structure, and price non-standard agreements. Create analysis to support portfolio management transactions, evaluate investment opportunities and assist in the negotiation of transaction provisions and structuring. Assess and translate competition, industry trends, emerging challenges, and changes in the marketplace into structuring strategies. Develop innovative solutions that improve the way the portfolio is managed while achieving portfolio objectives.
