Systems and Network Technician – M/F

Responsibilities

• Manage systems and network infrastructure projects and implement them on-site or remotely
• Manage workstation installation and deployment projects and carry them out
• Integrate, configure and put our solutions into production
• Prepare prototypes and mock-ups when necessary
• Write technical and organizational procedures and deliverables
• Provide on-site client support as part of time-and-material contracts or managed services

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience deploying and managing infrastructure
• Broad skills with workstation/desktop environments
• Experience with Windows Server environments
• Virtualization skills: Hyper‑V / ESX
• LAN and WAN network architecture (VLAN, NAT, routing, ...)
• Wi‑Fi
• Email environments: Office 365, POP/SMTP, mail relay
• Firewall knowledge and security rule configuration
• VPN clients (IPsec and SSL)
• Veeam backup
• Infrastructure administration and Active Directory
• Knowledge of the M365 / O365 suite
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Autonomy and strong organizational skills
• Excellent client relations: empathy and energy when working with clients
