We connect private, public, and direct-to-consumer care to create a member-centric healthcare experience.Our team of 700+ people operates across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada, partnering with 35K+ companies and serving 950+ members with 680M+ ARR. RoleThe Operations Coordinator works on a specific subset of services we deliver (e.g., claim reimbursement, fraud, clinic). Based in France, Belgium, or Spain, their core responsibilities (approximately 70–80% of the time) are to:Run our Insurance or Health services processes — this is the internal Ops Runner roleEnsure the day-to-day follow-up and monitoring of our operationsFlag risks and opportunitiesIn Detail — Your MissionsOperating our processes: invoicing or claims treatment, managing our network of providers, supporting internal teams (live and via documentation)Defining and owning the best monitoring scheme to track volumes, efficiency, SLAs, and identify risks/areas for improvementSupervising partnerships (e.g., teleconsultation, claim operators), participating in negotiations, ensuring business continuityPerforming controls on daily operations to ensure correct decisions and identify training needsEscalating feedback, helping prioritise initiatives to improve processes and servicesNote: We value flexibility; Operations Coordinators may join a pool and explore new scopes over time.ExperienceWe aim to hire within the A2-B level range. Candidates from various backgrounds may be a good fit, including:Operated processes and services for companies in scale-up or industrial/logistic contextsWorked in Support functions (Customer Support, People Operations, etc.)Had customer-facing commercial experience (e.g., account manager, Customer Success Communications)Handled event coordinationSkillsPassionate about delivering and optimizing top-notch operations; comfortable getting hands dirty to improve processesStrong problem-solver with a dig deep mindset and focus on member/customer satisfactionHighly organized with excellent follow-up and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication in English and French (C1+), with empathyIndependent learner in a fast-paced environmentAdaptable and flexibleNice to have:Experience in insurance or healthcareAnalytical skills to work with dataPerks & BenefitsWe provide a stimulating environment and perks to keep Alaners happy, efficient, and engaged.
