About the job Job Marketing Activation Specialist CDI / / Paris Actito would not be anything without its people. To reinforce our team, we are looking for a Marketing Activation Specialist. This person has the central role in liaising with our clients to deliver his value proposition. Key Areas of Responsibility Working with our clients to boost their relationship marketing and marketing automation by accompanying them in the use of our software. Mastering the Actito platform UI to have an excellent command of the platform’s possibilities, as well as its limitation, and be able to communicate these effectively. Responding to customers’ operational questions with clear, complete and concise explanations that allow them to deliver their marketing campaigns effectively. Working with other relevant internal teams to provide potentially more technical response to customer requests in a timely manner. Completing marketing automation, sms and email marketing projects on behalf of our customers to a high quality which meet / exceed campaign goals. Provide training sessions 1-1 or in small groups, online and in-person, to enable new customers to quickly become confident users of our software Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through responsiveness, applying an understanding of their business needs, and professional communication. Reassemble feedback to enable software improvement with product teams. About you Qualifications and Skills You are able to manage several projects in parallel efficiently and autonomously. You can effectively co-ordinate delivery with all stakeholders through effective communication and planning. You are a good communicator and keen to grow these skills. You know how to stay calm when faced with problematic situations. You have a constructive, positive attitude and work well in a team setting. You are curious and interested in technology (particularly digital marketing technology). You are willing to take responsibility and initiatives. You have good attention to detail. Required education and training 12 months+ experience in a similar role Active knowledge (oral and written) of English Technical or Digital Marketing background preferred Scope for progression and promotion Successful Marketing Activation Specialist can grow in seniority within the team, providing more advanced services to our clients on marketing and technical subjects.
