Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) - Claims Management Join Alan's Claims Management team as a Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m). We manage refunding €350M+ of healthcare expenses to 1M+ members across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. Mission & Impact You're building a system that refunds members fast and accurately, while keeping costs low. What you’ll build and who you’ll work with You will join the Claims Management product division—a technical, deep, and exciting place to work. Document processing: 2M documents/year. We parse a good portion with LLMs but we want to go further. Claims experience: Make the most memorable and straightforward experience for members to understand guarantees and get a claim refunded across 4 countries, mobile and desktop. Payments: Build payment infra & source ingestion to refund members super fast so they don't need to advance money. Fraud fighting: 4M€ saved in 2024 with an internal stack combining ML scoring, anomaly detection, and manual investigations. Who we’re looking for 3+ years experience building complex systems that need to work perfectly 24/7. Passionate about creating delightful products with exceptional user experiences at scale. Good experience building and shipping web applications. Genuinely interested in the business side – understanding conversion funnels, marketing metrics, and growth drivers. Clear career progression – increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time. Open to TypeScript and Python in a cross‑platform environment. Familiar with modern web technologies and OOP (Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, or C#). Self‑starting and entrepreneurial. Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority).
