Inbound Sales 🇫🇷 – AlanJoin to apply for the Inbound Sales 🇫🇷 role at Alan. You will be in charge of the whole sales cycle from qualification to closing by educating prospects and providing inspiring arguments to transform them into convinced customers. You’ll understand, embrace and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method to make the prospect experience pleasant, instructive and delightful. You will also look at the big picture, grow with the company, and collaborate on other projects and initiatives relevant to growing our customer base.ResponsibilitiesClose inbound requests from leads with 1 to 5 employees (Independent workers, very small companies, individuals).Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closing; educate prospects and provide compelling arguments.Apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method to create a high-quality prospect experience.Contribute to building and improving the sales playbook and processes; participate in tooling and initiatives.Suggest product improvements through feedback to enhance the self-serve experience.Be a team player, help grow the company, and engage in projects beyond the role as needed.What makes this role excitingClose deals every day of the year, providing a stimulating environment.Help build a new practice within the Sales Community with tooling and process improvements.Contribute to creating the best-practice playbook for closing deals efficiently.Help improve products by sharing feedback and enhancing the member self-serve experience.Become an insurance expert and master Alan’s products to address prospects’ questions and objections confidently.Opportunity to work with AI to transform the sales practice.QualificationsHave 1-2 years of experience in a Sales role including closing experience.Full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) and advanced level in English.Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.Strong balance between Active Listening and Assertiveness when interacting with prospects.Natural empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects’ problems.Positive attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team.Desire to learn fast and make an impact from day 1.For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the A2-B1 level range.Everything else is a plus.
