Responsibilities Management of Logistics Services Providers (LSPs) – oversee transport and customs, ensure contractual compliance and performance metrics (SLAs, OTD, OQD, claims, cost, volume, training). Oversee logistics SOPs, purchase order creation and invoice approval. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise costs and efficiency, collaborating with LSPs on improvement plans and investments. Provide daily support for all logistics operations (transport, customs, warehouse), including organising or managing the transport of spare parts. Define and deploy general transport instructions and collaborate with internal customers to analyse process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement across the supply chain. Provide logistics support for internal development projects and promote green logistics initiatives. Deploy and manage logistics industrial tools (TMS, IT interfaces such as EDI, digital dashboards). Lead improvement projects within the Customer Service organisation. Qualifications Advanced degree in supply chain management, logistics or a related field. Proven experience in transport operations management, preferably in the aviation/aerospace industry. Experience managing contracts with logistics service providers, ensuring adherence to SLAs and performance metrics. Familiarity with customs regulations, IATA guidelines, environmental considerations and logistics standards. Proficiency in logistics management systems (TMS, WMS, EDI), MS Office, SAP R3 WM/MM modules, SAP BW and Power BI. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and French. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Ready to take off with us to connect communities and provide the best support to customers.
