You will be responsible for engineering automated workflows, improving lead lifecycle management, and enhancing marketing performance through technology, data, and precision execution.You will:Own and administer Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and related MarTech toolsBuild and optimize global lead lifecycle processes, nurturing flows, and scoring modelsEnsure data integrity, segmentation accuracy, and CRM alignment with SalesforceDesign complex, multi-step automated campaigns across personas, regions, and stagesDevelop progressive profiling strategies to improve funnel conversionImplement campaign attribution models to measure marketing ROI and pipeline impactPartner with Demand Generation teams to scale personalization through automationDefine data hygiene and governance standards across customer touchpointsBuild dashboards and campaign analytics using Salesforce, Power BI, and LookerTrain and support marketers across the globe in MarTech best practicesContinuously evaluate and integrate new MarTech capabilities (CDP, ABM, AI tools)About You – What You Bring7–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing automation, preferably in SaaSProven background in marketing funnel design, lead scoring, and pipeline conversionStrong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce), data modeling, and 3rd-party integrationExperience with multi-region automation strategy across EMEA/NA/APACAdvanced Power BI or dashboarding skills preferredHands-on experience with B2B attribution models and campaign analyticsFamiliarity with ABM tools (Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus) is a major advantageExceptional problem-solving skills with a systems-thinking mindsetFluent in English, French, and German (written and spoken)This role is built for someone who loves precision, automation, and impact, a strategic thinker who also enjoys building and optimizing at scale.Please submit your CV in English, as only this format will be reviewed.Are you ready to start building your future with us? #J-18808-Ljbffr
