Architectural Design Manager — Newbuild Cruise Ships

Royal Caribbean Group seeks an experienced Manager Architecture & Design for our Newbuild team. You will lead on-site outfitting, guest spaces, and back-of-house areas, coordinating with shipyards, designers, and architects to deliver brand-specific concepts on time and within budget.

You will manage design reviews, prepare modification requests, and drive collaboration with Miami-based Newbuild Architectural Design to maintain high standards of quality and safety across multiple vessels.
