There are a lot of moving parts in this line of work, coordinations and details.

Everything is also done virtually over the internet, so time zones may be very different amongst the team members. You will need to be very communicative and clear with your work questions and needs.

If you only want a 9-5 and a to-do list to follow along, this is not the work for you.

We detail-oriented doers, go-getters, problem solvers, collaborators with positive can-do attitudes.

Student Coach

Overview Of The Role

This is a remote and part-time independent contractor position where you will be working with our students on helping them advancing their home staging careers.

We are looking at 5 hours per week to start.

In additions to coaching our students, you will also be asked to provide feedback on courses, templates, and products that we are developing in house to enrich the curriculum at Staged4more.

Outcomes

Your primary role will be interacting with students in our Career Certificate program during office hour and in our private course platform.

Together with Cindy, we will help students accomplish the milestones in each phase of the Career Certificate program.

You will provide support to our students during bi-weekly group coaching calls, giving feedback to help them achieve their goals and dealing with challenges arise in building & running their home staging businesses.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Cindy regularly via Zoom to create and discuss development strategies and students’ progresses
• Looking at students’ materials and interactions to
• Identify potential issues of business growth for our students
• Identify potential growth opportunities for our students
• Determine important milestones and action steps needed for students to uplevel their home staging businesses
• Respond to students in private course site
• Assist Cindy in developing new courses to enrich the curriculum at Staged4more

Requirements

• 1+ years of full time management experience in a 6-figure home staging business is required
• Strong communication skills and a leader.
• Is technology savvy and has stable WIFI connection
• INSANE attention to details and can handle tight deadlines under pressure
• You love, love, love people You will be interacting and assisting our students during coaching calls and via regular check-ins. You will be supporting them in growing their home staging businesses.
• Organized and works well with other people and can build rapport quickly
• Coachable, takes ownership and pride in your work, hold yourself accountable.
• Can-do attitude and can handle direct & blunt feedback and course correct as necessary
• Problem solver: you not only solve problems, you also ANTICIPATE problems You are able to come up with ideas to curb any potential issues you can foresee down the line. You can see the big picture and a few steps ahead of tasks at hand
