Job Title Offshore Structural Engineer Scope of Services Modelling of the offshore steel structure using Staad Pro & SACS Regulatory checks of the structure for transportation fatigue Design of any required reinforcements and modifications Preparation of the calculation report summarizing the analysis results Transfer of all information necessary for the development of structural drawings Required Competencies Mastery of offshore structural design and analysis specificities Mastery of offshore installation know-how Knowledge and experience with offshore structural analysis software Staad Pro & SACS Ability to apply project procedures: regarding document circulation and control; strict application of task execution procedures; work with the project's standards, rules, and engineering instructions Understanding of technical English (reading / comprehension of technical documentation) Ability to provide technical reporting to the Project Manager For this assignment, the consultant must provide personnel with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an offshore structural engineer on offshore topsides EPC projects. Experience with Staad Pro and SACS structural analysis software is required and mandatory.
