Industrialization Engineer for calendaring and notching

The Industrialization Engineer will be responsible for managing building interfaces before and during equipment installation, following equipment suppliers during installation and ramp-up, and having knowledge of the most impacting parameters on the process.Manage building interfaces before and during equipment installationFollow equipment suppliers during installation and ramp-upPut in place and follow indicators (technical losses, Overall Equipment Efficiency,…) on Chemical equipment, and ensure it is at TargetPropose improvements to reach specifications or to be more stable (better yield)In case of deviation, participate on Problem SolvingIdentify any risk in terms of cost, quality, … in case of new product to be manufactured and anticipate these risks on the equipment itself and adapt process accordinglyAgree with Engineering team from central, process parameters to be applied on equipment, in case of new products to be deployed on Mass ProductionFollow equipment updated designs in case of new products request such kinds of modification and to put in place these modificationsApprove work instructionsFrom a technical point of view, the ideal candidate will have:Experience in lamination / calendering / notching processes and slitting processes and on parameters which impact the qualityExperience in thin layers and or extrusionKnowledge on Spare partsThe required skills and qualifications include:Technical knowledge related to physical / mechanical processes, already working in mass production , as an Industrial position (knowledge on how equipment design, on Overall Equipment Efficiency)> 7 years of experience process engineering into winding/unwiding processes at 100m/min (Lithium Battery most preferred)Bachelor of Sciences in physics or mechanical processesEnglish is mandatoryThe company offers a range of benefits, including:Access to stations of charging for the electric vehiclesService of delivery of prepared dishes (with taking in charge of 7 euros/day by the employer)Savings Retirement Plan (subject to threshold of remuneration)Complementary retirementFree access to the application Gofluent (to develop your skills in English) #J-18808-Ljbffr
