Our team of 700+ people operates across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.Role OverviewThe Inbound Sales team in France is in charge of closing inbound requests from leads with 1 to 5 employees (Independent workers, very small companies, individuals). You’ll be in charge of the whole sales cycle from qualification to closing by educating prospects and providing inspiring arguments to transform them into convinced customers. You are also expected to understand, embrace and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method, ensuring a pleasant, instructive, and delightful prospect experience. In addition, you’re encouraged to challenge us to improve our products, methods, and strategy and get involved in projects that grow our customer base.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound sales requests and close deals daily across the entire sales cycle.Educate prospects about Alan’s products and benefits, presenting tailored solutions.Leverage the Smart & Soft selling method to create a positive prospect experience.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve product and process offerings.Provide feedback on product features and the self‑serve experience to enhance overall customer satisfaction.Required Qualifications1‑2 years of sales experience with a proven track record in closing deals.Full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) and advanced level in English.Highly organized with exceptional follow‑up skills.Balanced approach between active listening and assertive communication.Natural empathy and passion for solving prospects’ problems.Positive attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team.Desire to learn fast and make an impact from day one.Additional Skills & BenefitsWe value diversity of experience, profile, and background.
