Product Owner – Talent Management & Talent Acquisition Technip Energies is a global technology and engineering powerhouse. Join us in Paris/Nanterre as a Product Owner in the Talent Management & Talent Acquisition domain. About the role The Product Owner (PO) is responsible for the vision of the assigned product(s) and fully accountable for harnessing technology to drive the company’s effectiveness and efficiency improvement to the concerned P&C processes and bring the best user experience for internal customers, T.EN employees, managers and the P&C community. For this role, the PO will partner with the wider P&C function and drive the Talent Management and Talent Acquisition modules within Oracle HCM and other related products like TextKernel. Key responsibilities Own the product roadmap, maximize ROI, and manage budget with the Digital function. Define key objectives and measurable business outcomes for the product lifecycle. Work with P&C stakeholders to analyze business needs and align roadmap to strategic goals. Act as an account manager toward P&C and advise on optimal P&C Technology solutions. Provide vision and direction to Digital and other stakeholders. Own the product backlog and prioritize requirements to maximize value. Lead release planning, set expectations for defect fixes, new or enhanced capabilities, ensuring data integrity and seamless user experience for processes such as performance reviews, goal setting, succession planning, and candidate sourcing. Lead functional design based on end‑to‑end processes, technology best practices, UX, tech capabilities and integration design. Ensure compliance and data privacy within the product context. Apply systematic change‑management approaches, training and communication, to maximize adoption and minimize disruptions. Drive continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, organisational efficiency and cost reduction by analysing feedback. Contribute to governance and budget discussions on the product. Assess provider roadmaps and scan the market for comparable solutions. About you We would love to hear how you match this position. Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in P&C technologies/products. Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen. Strong ethical and compliance focus regarding data exposure. Strong knowledge of Oracle Talent Management and Talent Acquisition capabilities, processes and workflows. Strong focus on positive user/employee experience. High degree of ownership over projects and responsibilities. Proactive, self‑starter with project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset. Experience working with large cross‑functional, multi‑cultural, multi‑time‑zone virtual teams. Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to influence stakeholders. Good organisational initiative and personal accountability. Fluency in English. Understanding of Scrum/Kanban or other agile methodologies and change‑management practices. Nice to have Experience with WalkMe, MDM, AD. Experience with Oracle HCM modules. Experience with other global P&C talent management systems. Experience with other global P&C talent acquisition systems. Experience with local P&C technologies. Experience with resume‑parsing and skills‑management technology such as TextKernel.
