As part of its expansion, Alvéole is looking for a Communication & Operational Marketing Assistant (Work-Study Program).Mission:In direct collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Director and in interaction with the operational and R&D teams, you will be involved in communication and operational marketing tasks as part of the execution of marketing action plans. Your responsibilities include:Social media communication: Creating and publishing LinkedIn posts and managing other social networks.Web communication: Updating the website and creating new contents.Print communication: Updating and designing flyers and brochures.Creating and sending newsletters.Supporting the organization of conferences and attending when possible.Assisting with the launch of new products (packaging, communication tools, and promotional campaigns).Lead generation through targeted email campaigns based on the application interests of prospects.Skills & Qualifications:You have a dual background in science (ideally in cell biology) and marketing, and have completed a first internship in a company. With strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication, your organizational skills and team spirit will enable you to manage multiple projects and work effectively with various stakeholders.
