**Key Responsibilities**

As an Operational Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the Global Sales Team and the International Operational Marketing Manager. Your key tasks will include:

- Day-to-Day Operations:_
- Assist the International Operational Marketing Manager with communication and requests from retailers and distributors (e.g., sampling, product images, brand guidelines, new product forms)
- Global Operational Marketing:_
- Create presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including market feedback and activations
- Follow-up on the Marketing Plan and assist in 360-degree launches in collaboration with the Marketing Team
- Develop or adapt marketing materials and advertising tools for local markets (hotels/spas, travel retail, retailers), ensuring alignment with the global brand image
- Support in visual merchandising and the adaptation of planograms for points of sale, according to internal brand guidelines
- Responsible for updating sales tools according to market needs Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

- Conduct social media tracking to identify new trends, key events, and competitor activations
- Conduct market studies focused on competitors' offerings and pricing in international markets Events & Trade Shows:

- Assist in organizing trade shows and customer events, ensuring smooth execution and high brand visibility Position Details:
