Because normal gets you nowhere.We are DECIEM, The Abnormal Beauty Company.We are growing rapidly and we’re looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with usWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR✨ Ready to dive into the beauty industry and make an impact from day one?We’re looking for a proactive multitasker to support our Partnerships team across launches, retail activations, and data reporting.If you're organized, analytical, and passionate about skincare, this is your moment to shine.Join us to shape growth strategies, elevate execution, and work with iconic retail partners across EuropeStrong Asset:Fluency in French & English – essential for cross-market communicationStrong organisational & analytical skills – Excel, Google Sheets, and attention to detail are keyProactive mindset & passion for beauty – someone who takes ownership and loves skincareWHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLEProvide operational and administrative support to the Partnerships team, coordinating cross-functional projects and day-to-day processes.Support new product launches, retailer events, and account openings by ensuring all required go-to-market tools and materials are cascaded effectively.Contribute to the execution of new retailer launch plans and assist with identifying and supporting potential new partnership opportunities.Manage and respond to retailer requests, including line forms, product information, visuals, pricing, samples, and digital assets.Assist in the development and coordination of trade animation and activation plans in line with commercial objectives.Collaborate closely with the Brand team to manage and coordinate marketing and asset requests for activation initiatives.Support account reporting and performance analysis, including orders, sales, product performance, conversion rates, and average basket value.Follow up on orders, deliveries, and stock-related matters in close partnership with the logistics team.Contribute to sales forecasting activities and conduct regular monitoring of partners and competitors to support benchmarking and insights.Act as a key point of contact for external partners, liaising effectively with internal teams and other departments, while supporting additional duties as required.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONEEntry-level profile with relevant education or first corporate experience in sales, business, or a related field, combined with a genuine interest in skincare.Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is required.Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to take ownership of tasks and outcomes.Strategic and operational thinker with excellent time management skills, able to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as Google Slides and Google Sheets.BUILDING GROWTH TO POWER GOODWe are a People first company that lives by our core values to…✨ Defy Convention.✨ Make it real.✨ Play in the grey.✨ Build Bridges.✨ Be the rabbit.These values continue to guide us in all that we do.
