We’re looking for a proactive multitasker to support our Partnerships team across launches, retail activations, and data reporting. Join us to shape growth strategies, elevate execution, and work with iconic retail partners across Europe Strong Asset: - Fluency in French & English - essential for cross-market communication - Strong organizational & analytical skills - Excel, Google Sheets, and attention to detail are key - Proactive mindset & passion for beauty - someone who takes ownership and loves skincare **WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE** - Support the Partnerships team with day-to-day operations, admin tasks, and coordination across different teams. - Help launch new products and events by sharing key materials and tools with our retail partners. - Assist with onboarding new retailers and setting up accounts in a smooth and timely way. - Manage incoming requests from retailers, including product details, pricing, visuals, and samples. - Help plan and coordinate in-store promotions and trade activities to boost brand visibility and sales. - Work closely with the Brand team to organize marketing materials and campaign assets. - Track and analyze sales data such as orders, product performance, and conversion rates to support business decisions. - Coordinate order and delivery follow-ups in partnership with the logistics team. - Support sales forecast updates and monitor how the business is performing against targets. - Research market trends and competitors, and help explore new retail opportunities. **SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE** - Strong organizational and time management skills - ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail. - Clear and confident communication - both written and verbal - to liaise effectively with internal teams and retail partners. - Analytical mindset - comfortable working with sales data, KPIs, and performance reports to support business decisions. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides) - for reporting, tracking, and presentations. - Team player with a proactive attitude - ready to take ownership, solve problems, and support cross-functional projects. **BUILDING GROWTH TO POWER GOOD** We are a people-first company that lives by our core values to - Do the right thing - Create impact - Respect small things - ❤️ Care too much - Be the future These values continue to guide us in all that we do.
