A Systems Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) provides technical expertise to the Government. By working together with your government customer, you have the opportunity to influence mission success to a greater degree than anywhere else. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot: Resolve COMSEC issues and anomalies Testing: Verification & Validation testing Performance: Develop, document, and execute test plans for performance, validation, etc. Solutions: Research, design, and test key management technologies and potential solutions Integration: Support integration of key management hardware, firmware, software Audit: Support regular cadence of audit and optimization tests Reporting: Ensure test plan and test report deliverables are written IAW customer specification Support: May need to support COMSEC account management after hours from time to time Technical Support: Support technical risk reduction tests Systems: Make recommendations for future systems Work Environment: Location: On-site Travel Requirements: Minimal 20% Working Hours: Standard Required Qualifications: Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph required Education: Bachelors in a STEM field and 5+ years' experience with COMSEC / Crypto testing or Masters and 3+ years' experience or Associates and 7+ years' experience or HS and 9+ years' experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience: Military / DOD / IC space and ground experience KBR Benefits KBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits which could include 401K plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule.
