Chez Sesterce, on conçoit et déploie des datacenters de nouvelle génération pour répondre aux besoins croissants des acteurs du cloud et de l’IA. Avec plusieurs sites en développement en France, notre ambition est claire : fournir 1,5 GW et 1,2 million de GPUs d’ici 2030 pour accompagner cette révolution technologique.Pour y parvenir, nous recherchons des talents prêts à relever ce défi aux côtés de nos experts. C’est dans ce contexte de fort développement que nous recherchons un(e) Datacenter Project Manager pour renforcer notre organisation.Ton RôleEn tant que Datacenter Project Manager, tu seras au cœur des projets de conception, déploiement et mise en commercialisation de nos datacenters. Tes missions incluent :Piloter le développement des datacenters, de l’étude de faisabilité à la mise en exploitation.Coordonner les acteurs internes et externes (ingénieurs, fournisseurs, partenaires, clients) pour assurer le bon déroulement des projets.Gérer les plannings, budgets et risques liés aux projets datacenter.Superviser l’intégration des infrastructures critiques (énergie, refroidissement, connectivité).Définir les offres de commercialisation des datacenters (capacités, SLA, business model, positionnement marché).Assurer la conformité aux normes et certifications (ISO, Tier, réglementations locales).Optimiser la performance des infrastructures en collaboration avec les équipes techniques.Profil RecherchéBac+5 en ingénierie (informatique, énergie, réseaux, BTP, gestion de projet, etc.).Expérience de 2 à 5 ans en gestion de projets datacenter.Maitrise de l'anglais (C1 minimum).Compétences en gestion de projet (planification, coordination, suivi budgétaire, gestion des risques).Bonne compréhension des infrastructures critiques (puissance électrique, refroidissement, interconnexions réseau).Capacité à structurer et commercialiser une offre datacenter.Autonomie, rigueur et esprit analytique pour mener à bien des projets stratégiques.Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?Un impact direct sur le développement de datacenters nouvelle génération.Un environnement dynamique et expert dans un secteur en pleine expansion.Des projets concrets avec des acteurs majeurs du cloud et de l’IA.Prêt(e) à piloter l’infrastructure IA de demain ?
