Bij Econvert, onderdeel van de internationale NSI Group, werk je mee aan duurzame oplossingen voor afvalwaterzuivering en energieterugwinning. Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in innovatieveanaerobe biologische processen, het ontwerpen en bouwen van waterzuiveringsinstallaties en biogas verwerkingen het bieden van maatwerkoplossingen. Onze technologie wordt wereldwijd gebruikt, maar jouw impact begint hier Jouw doel Als Project manager zorg jij, samen met jouw projectteam, ervoor dat alle projecten efficiënt, succesval en conform planning en budget worden opgeleverd. Ons jonge team bestaat uit 5 project managers, gezien de toenemende projecten zoeken wij daar nog versterking bij. Zodra het project verkocht is en wij de opdracht binnen hebben gehaald komen de verantwoordelijkheden bij jouw team te liggen. De proces- en project engineer nemen de verantwoordelijkheid voor het technische deel, jij zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens planning en budget gebeurt. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant en waar nodig reis jij naar locatie (+- 1x per maand). zodra het project klaar is zorg jij voor een juiste overdracht aan de opdrachtgever en serviceafdeling. Onze projecten variëren qua grote en doorloop, van 9 maanden tot 3 jaar, van 0.5 miljoen tot 5 miljoen. Afhankelijk de grote van het project en jouw workload kan het zijn dat je verantwoordelijk bent voor 5 tot 10 projecten tegelijkertijd. Wat houden de werkzaamheden zoal in? Het opstellen en beheren van een projectplanning en begroting. Aansturen, verdelen van werkzaamheden, stimuleren en motiveren van alle teamleden. Het organiseren van de opstart-, voortgangs- en overdrachtsvergadering. Uitvoering van het project volgens planning, budget en contract. Dit ben jij Afgeronde technische HBO opleiding. Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels goed in woord en geschrift, Duits is een grote pré. Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring mee in een vergelijkbare positie. Je weet meerdere ballen tegelijkertijd in de lucht te houden en houdt het hoofd koel. Wat bieden wij? De salarisrange voor deze functie bij een 40-urige werkweek, afhankelijk van jouw professionele ervaring, ligt tussen de € 4.657,- en € 6.269,- bruto per maand. Je kan nog groeien binnen deze functie tot een salaris van € 7.837,- bruto per maand. Flexibele werktijden, je start je dag tussen 07:00 en 09:00 uur. Daarnaast bieden wij jou de mogelijkheid om tot twee dagen per week thuis te werken (incl. thuiswerkvergoeding) bij een fulltime dienstverband. 30 vakantiedagen. Een woon-werk reiskostenvergoeding van 0,23 per kilometer en een werk-werk reiskostenvergoeding van 0,37 per kilometer. Een pensioenregeling bij Nationale Nederlanden.
