Role Overview The IT Solution Owner will coordinate the technical rollout and support of P2P and T&E solutions, including Basware, Rydoo, or similar systems, across more than 30 countries. The role involves owning the solutions, guiding their implementation, and acting as the gatekeeper to ensure they meet business needs and expectations as specified in functional specifications. The IT solution owner acts as a true partner with the Global Process Owner to implement best‑of‑class applications and efficiently maintain them throughout the application lifecycle. Responsibilities Project Management: Monitor status of IT project activities, deliverables, and milestones; implement project management processes; manage risks and gaps; document progress and report to management. Third‑Party Partner Management: Manage relationships with software editors and integrators, coordinate internal Pluxee IT stakeholders, and liaise with relevant teams to ensure integration meets Pluxee IT standards. Technical Delivery Coordination: Coordinate delivery of integration teams (local and global apps), orchestrate system integration testing, facilitate problem‑solving, and ensure ownership and results of mitigation action plans. Solution Ownership: Own the P2P and T&E solutions, guide their implementation, and act as gate‑keeper. Scope and Deliverables Tracking: Define and document project scope and deliverables. Track progress and ensure timely delivery. Manage changes or deviations and obtain approvals. Ensure compliance with specifications, timescales, and costs. Recommend modifications on objectives, constraints, or environment changes. Ensure communication and training for all stakeholders. Articulation of IT Cost: Drive costs of global IT partners involved in the delivery of goods or services related to the project execution. Support IT Risk & Issues Log: Maintain a list of technical open items and risks, prioritize them, assign owners and deadlines, and follow up regularly. Qualifications Education: Master’s degree in information technology, computer science, finance, business administration, or a related field. Certifications: PMP, PMI, IPMA, Prince2, CITPM (plus). PMI or Prince2 certification is a plus. Experience: 3‑7 years in IT Project Management / Solution Ownership; experience in finance implementation projects (build and/or run), preferably in a global environment; experience with applications integrations from functional specifications to delivery; ERP integration is a plus. Technical Skills: Experience with P2P and T&E solutions such as Basware, Rydoo, or similar systems; knowledge of ITSM processes & standards (ITIL is a plus); proficiency with JIRA, ServiceNow, Monday, and agile or waterfall project methodologies. Languages: Fluency in French & English required; knowledge of Spanish/Portuguese a plus.
