It’s a plus if you are passionate about digital health and longevity.You’ll shape our functional AI agents that could add healthy years to millions of lives:Own our AI agents doctor built on top of large language model, our vectorized infrastructure and thousand of users data.Collaborate with our medical team to translate complex clinical requirements into agents, and workflows. We are the average of the person we spend our time with.What you will doCore ResponsibilitiesBuild the new version of our Doctor AI: an LLM-powered reasoning engine that drafts safe, evidence-based protocols a physician can sign off in minutes. You’ll be the technical owner who turns that vision into production reality.Work with our medical team to translate complex medical requirements into actionable insights for our users. Pair with our physicians to encode deterministic logic & decision trees.Architect the knowledge graph (PubMed, Examine, internal studies) and vector search layer (PGVector / Pinecone).Design chain-of-thought prompts that reason & cite. Productionize LLM endpoints on GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, GPUs).Maintain strict compliance with HDS and GDPR regulations through robust security measures.Drive engineering rituals. Drive continuous improvement through Agile development practices and cross-team collaboration.You’ll thrive here if youHave 5 + yrs building and shipping ML or LLM systems in production.Fluency with Python, LangChain/LlamaIndex or equivalent.Hands-on with vector databases, retrieval pipelines, and embeddings.Solid grasp of data privacy & medical compliance (GDPR, ISO 13485, HIPAA, or MDR).Entrepreneurial, low-ego mindset. You want to build a massive company with massive impact.Cautious about your health, actively doing sport. Care about health: you read PubMed abstracts for fun, or track your own biomarkers and metrics.Fluent in English. French is a bonus.You have led a team before.
