We empower clinicians with innovative, reliable solutions so they can give patients timely, accurate answers when they need them most. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced remote and on‑site escalation support of Digital Pathology products to EMEA Selling Units, leading activities and coordinating with internal teams to minimize customer downtime and generate revenue opportunities. Support large, complex implementations and customer engagements across direct and indirect regions. Disseminate technical memos, bulletins, and related information, and conduct recurring Service Excellence calls to share trends and best practices. Collaborate with product management, R&D, manufacturing, and other business unit departments to review and maintain instrument quality reporting, proactively identifying declining quality trends and developing countermeasures. Work with key internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, assist with training, and mentor team members to improve overall performance of the EMEA Service Organization. Essential Requirements Field Service Engineering experience with an associate degree or equivalent technical specialist experience. Medical laboratory experience. Strong time‑management skills and productivity efficiency in service call handling. Professional with strong technical acumen—analytical ability to understand complex system operation and troubleshooting. Proficiency with test equipment used in field service support. Experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining digital pathology instruments is a plus. Travel & Requirements Travel: Must be able to travel approximately 50% of the time, including overnight travel. Languages: English and French.
