**Job Description**:
After the discovery phase, Salomon pursue his Data maturity journey, and put in place key enablers for its data strategy: new technical infrastructure & capabilities to reach the next level of data usage; the truthful stage.

In this context, we are looking for a **Dashboarding Specialist** W/M** to help the Dashboarding pole in its missions of delivering automated multi-source dashboards to optimize transversal teams efficiency, and therefore enhancing the data driven culture within the whole company.

We are looking for someone who can set the standards for data visualization and visual report design across Salomon, to ensure consistency, quality and accessibility in all data visualization outputs.

Measurable process outcomes for this role include faster time to reports, increasing data-driven decisions making & optimizing teams efficiency.

**Main Activities**:

- ** Allow to measure & optimize Salomon strategic levers efficiency**
- Work closely with Data PM to gather & challenge business requirements in terms of performance measurement
- Support in defining and understanding data visualization and reporting requirements, ensuring they are unambiguous and understood.
- Define the most adapted dashboarding development strategy (pre-built report, self-service,) based on clients needs & maturity
- Build, design and deliver dashboard answering business needs, in an agile way
- Proactively suggest creative ideas for the implementation of new dashboards and visualization
- Champion the data storytelling through innovative data visualization
- Assure that appropriate quality control
