Join us and make an impact on the world and your career Role Overview In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for a skilled Forecasting & Replenishment Expert to join our Forecasting & Replenishment department. You will join our fast‑growing business and have a pivotal role in developing our replenishment solutions. Forecasting & Replenishment Experts work at the intersection of business and technology and are key players in ensuring that the products we build will be world‑class. Responsibilities Work within a team focusing on developing Relex Purchase Optimization and DC replenishment capabilities. Translate identified customer needs to effective solutions together with the team, working in all stages of product development, from idea to general availability. Run pilots with feature prototypes and ensure high‑quality results. Ensure that the product is easy to use and implement by defining, maintaining, and developing implementation guidelines and training materials. Act as a product expert and provide support for customer teams working in challenging customer cases. Qualifications Strong understanding of retail processes on forecasting and replenishment. Proficiency with Relex F&R product: business rules, database, workspace, and ability to configure new solutions using these components. Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on all organizational levels. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. Capability and motivation to pick up and learn new concepts fast and put learnings into use effectively. Bonus Strong understanding of DC replenishment processes and experience with the related Relex F&R capabilities, such as multi‑supplier and coordinated ordering capabilities.
