Overview Data Automation Engineer (Dataiku) - Freelance role at Collective.work Informations Pratiques Durée: 12 mois, reconductible Date de démarrage: 02/01/2026 Contrat: Ouvert aux freelances et aux CDI Télétravail: 1 jour / semaine Localisation: 75 Budget: 450 €/jour max Missions Principales Collaborer avec les équipes métier, opérations et IT pour recueillir les besoins et concevoir des solutions data adaptées Concevoir, développer et optimiser des pipelines de données robustes, scalables et performants pour des workflows critiques Co-construire des prototypes rapides avec les utilisateurs pour valider les hypothèses et accélérer le time-to-value Industrialiser ces prototypes en solutions prêtes pour la production, avec un fort niveau d’exigence sur la qualité des données, la maintenabilité et les performances Mettre en œuvre des solutions d’automatisation de processus s’appuyant sur des LLM et des agents IA Utiliser Dataiku comme plateforme centrale pour l’orchestration des pipelines et des cas d’usage data / IA Appliquer les bonnes pratiques de software engineering (tests, clean code, versioning, automatisation) et contribuer aux chaînes CI/CD Participer à l’évolution de la stack data et à la diffusion des bonnes pratiques au sein de l’équipe (revues de code, pair programming, partage de connaissances) Profil Recherché Data / AI Engineer confirmé, avec 3 à 20 ans d’expérience en data engineering / data automation Très bonne maîtrise de Python et des librairies de manipulation de données (type pandas, Polars) Solide culture de software engineering : clean code, tests, automatisation, gestion de versions (Git) Expérience sur des cas d’usage LLM et agents IA : prompt engineering RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) compréhension des architectures d’agents (reasoning loops, tool use, mémoire, multi-agents) Pratique de l’intégration d’agents avec des vector databases et des bases de connaissances Sensibilité aux sujets d’observabilité et d’évaluation des systèmes IA (suivi des comportements et des sorties) Expérience de l’orchestration de pipelines avec Dataiku Familiarité avec les environnements DevOps et les pipelines CI/CD en production Anglais courant (environnement de travail international) Soft skills : esprit analytique, approche hands-on, curiosité forte pour les nouvelles technologies data / IA, excellente capacité à vulgariser la valeur business des solutions, aisance en environnement collaboratif et agile Informations complémentaires Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Engineering and Information Technology Industries: Software Development Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Collective.work by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Automation Engineer” roles.
