Job Description - Global HR project officer - Test Requisition (180002RU) The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of assigned projects and processes to deliver project performance, simplify processes, support the leadership teams and escalated as necessary. Responsibilities Project Coordination Coordinate various assigned priority projects and their interdependencies Facilitate planning sessions, support plan development, monitor progress, and track open issues and risks Prepare steering group presentations Manage HR team meetings organization (venue, content, decks, etc.) Manage stakeholders’ communication Manage the HRLT web page and content (including posting beyond the HR portal, org. chart…) Support the European Works Council Manage the EWC central management mail box Manage the meetings organization (venue, agenda…) Alert Central Management (CM) team members on their commitments, milestones, resources, and deliverables Remind important tasks and deadlines to CM Manage invoices and the program’s budget Participate in the EWC meetings and draft the minutes as Administrative Secretary Administrative Support to the CHRO Book and arrange transport and accommodation for the assigned Executive Manage expense reports Manage diaries and organise meetings and appointments Prepare reports and presentations Support and assist the organization of HR events and meetings Qualifications Experience & Education Preferred University degree or business school Preferred experience supporting HR Projects and HR processes French would be a plus Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) Working knowledge of project management methodology Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Flexibility and adaptability Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems As an Equal Opportunity Employer/Affirmative Action employer, CWT will not discriminate in its employment practices due to an applicant's race, color, religion, sex, national origin, veteran status, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other federal, state or local protected class.
