This role combines technical field missions, business development, and team management, requiring technical skills, commercial mindset, and leadership abilities.Principales responsabilitésWork closely with management to define business development plans and act as guarantor of the P&L for the Service activity.Develop service activities in France in collaboration with sales and Global Solution Engineering teams; support costing activities and directly generate offers for services.Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, achieving sales goals and ensuring accurate CRM data.Lead a team of 7 people with the After‑Sales Coordinator and Technical Expert to ensure operational execution.Foster cooperation and develop synergies with other service sites, notably the Belgium site.Coordinate sales administration: prepare quotes, oversee orders to final billing, and support receivables collection.Manage complaints effectively on site in coordination with QHSE, the after‑sales coordinator, and group production sites.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and Kelvion policy; raise safety awareness and seek support from the EMEA HSE Service Manager if needed.Qualifications RequisesDiploma of engineering or master’s degree in engineering, business administration or similar.More than 5 years of experience in industrial services and after‑sales organization.Proven experience in industrial heat exchangers or similar, including HSE topic management.Management experience.Excellent communication skills (oral and written), negotiation and interpersonal skills (French and English).Demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver results.Valid driver’s licence.Compétences clésLeadership and team managementOrientation clientResults‑orientedAnalytical and problem‑solving skillsLocalisationBased in Carvin, France.
