Job Title Experiential Account Executive – Brand Experience Division, Wasserman Live Position Overview The role is situated within our Brand Experience Division at Wasserman Live. You will support the planning of brand experiences, working with the Account Manager and Account Director. You will be involved in project planning from start to finish, onsite activation and event management, budgeting, feasibility studies and administration. You will participate in brainstorming, contribute creatively, and help create presentations. Responsibilities Ensure that work produced meets all objectives set, is completed on time, and achieves the best possible results for the company and client. Assist in the development of creative ideas, undertake research as requested to ensure they are feasible within specific parameters and budget. Be involved in the research and feasibility of ideas generated. Support all operational and administrative functions to ensure each event is delivered efficiently. Assist with financial elements of accounts – budgeting, PO’s, supplier invoicing and cost management. Oversee sourcing, purchase and management of suppliers, quotes and detailed information. Project Management: set up and structure project systems and procedures, and enter relevant data into Wasserman Live’s client management system (Quest). Compile and write client responses and presentations. Manage meetings efficiently, prepare and write up notes and actions. Manage artwork requests and sign‑off. Coordinate and manage staff and contractors on site for project delivery. Maintain good communication and reporting. Compile and maintain project reports, job sheets and schedules. Manage supplier relationships. Provide thorough and concise event reporting and data capture. Take responsibility for the creation of risk assessments and method statements. Qualifications Ability to read and speak English. Ability to juggle several tasks at once and consistently deliver high‑quality work to tight timescales. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues. Presentation skills (writing and delivery) both internally and to clients/suppliers. Ability to think around issues by providing solutions, not problems. High proficiency in numeracy and literacy. Prioritisation and time management skills. Ability to meet challenges and quickly deliver workable solutions in demanding environments. Calm under pressure. Clean driving licence. Acceptance of some anti‑social/long hours. Experience within a similar role in an agency is preferred. Experience of event management and onsite activation exposure. Knowledge and capability to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook. Applications for this role should be submitted with a CV written in English.
