Mode Search is proud to be supporting a luxury heritage beauty and fragrance brand in the search for a Client Advisor to join their Paris boutique team in Bon Marche.This position is based between Paris's luxury Department Store and also the brands Boutique on a full time basis. The Client Advisor will report directly to the Store Manager and work as part of a small, close-knit team of 2–3 people.The RoleDeliver an exceptional client experience rooted in luxury service, acting as a true ambassador of the brand’s legacy and valuesConsistently achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets on a monthly and annual basisImplement sales and service strategies under the direction of the Store ManagerReach and exceed individual KPIs through outstanding customer service and high standards in sales executionEducate clients with detailed product knowledge and share the brand's rich heritage to create a memorable in-store experienceMaximise cross-selling opportunities across the full product assortmentBuild long-term relationships with clients, capturing and managing data via the company CRM systemExecute the company’s selling ceremony to ensure a consistent and elevated service experienceAdopt and promote an omni-channel approach to service and salesStay informed on beauty trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain expert-level industry knowledgeAddress client enquiries and manage after-sales service and returns with professionalismSupport stockroom organisation, stock management and daily boutique operationsMaintain product displays and boutique visual merchandising in line with brand standardsFollow security, operational and reporting procedures as outlined by company policiesFoster a collaborative and positive team environment by working closely with colleagues and managementRequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in a sales role; experience in luxury retail and / or beauty is preferredFluent in French and English, with excellent communication skillsProven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team membersStrong customer service orientation with a passion for luxury and beautyAbility to adapt and problem-solve in a dynamic retail environmentStrong organisational skills and attention to detailComfortable working to sales targets and KPIsFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysFamiliarity with luxury selling ceremonies and the client discovery process is a plusTeam-oriented mindset with a proactive and professional approachPlease note: Due to the volume of applications, we are unable to provide individual feedback at this stage.
