CDD - Store Planner – Architecture (H/F)Within the architecture department of Christian Dior Couture, you will report to the Europe Store Planning Director, based in Paris. Your objectives are to manage the construction of astonishing Dior projects in Europe to achieve stunning results within an agreed timeline and budget.MissionsManage several projects from feasibility and due diligence up to the final snag resolutionHave responsibility of the budget, time schedule, and quality of the worksCreate and maintain effective working relationship with the design project manager responsible for the design conceptCo‑manage the expectations of internal clients (Retail) and federate the internal technical departments (IT, Security, Insurance, Maintenance, Legal, etc.)Lead relationships with Local Architects, General Contractors, Millworkers, and other material suppliers involved in each projectLead and supervise tenders, orders and invoices process; check and follow internal approval proceduresRely on and challenge the Local Architect as the main technical resource to comply with norms and finalize projectParticipate in continuous improvement process of the store planning European team and architectural departmentProfilGraduate with a degree in Architecture, Engineering or Project Management. You have at least five years of solid experience in construction, site management, project development. You have worked in fit‑out environments (General Contractor, Millworker, or direct client side). You possess a strong sense of detail and understand expectations of luxury/high‑end projects. You have engineering knowledge to understand store mechanics and feel comfortable working with technical consultants and contractors. You understand building administration regulations, can evaluate risks, make decisions, and manage bidding processes from tender to award. You are proficient in English and have experience on international projects. You are a team player with integrity, pragmatism, and can work under pressure. You are motivated by completing projects on time and on budget. You communicate diplomatically with partners while being demanding. You have experience or interest in safe, green, and sustainable building.
