Senior SEO & GEO/AEO Strategist Photoroom – a world‑leading AI photo‑editor, founded in 2020 and backed by Y Combinator, with over 300 million downloads and 5 billion images processed annually. With 100+ remote‑friendly builders and Series B funding, we focus on craft, innovation, and collaboration to drive 40% year‑over‑year growth. About the Role Assist our SEO Manager in expanding global organic visibility across generative search engines. Your focus will be on advanced SEO/AEO strategy, technical and AI‑driven search initiatives, and GEO‑specific performance systems. Work with content, product, engineering and enterprise teams to keep all digital experiences search‑optimised. Scale organic search across emerging AI/LLM ecosystems (Google AI, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Mistral, etc.). Develop and execute an advanced SEO/AEO strategy – programmatic, technical, intent‑driven content initiatives. Design structured, machine‑readable content experiences for AI‑generated summaries, conversational search results and featured snippets. Build GEO monitoring, automation, dashboards, and performance systems to track KPIs across global markets. Qualifications Deep passion for LLMs, AI, SEO, and data with curiosity for generative technologies. Strong analytical skills and experience with technical auditing and performance analysis (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Screaming Frog, etc.). Ability to translate complex technical SEO, GEO/AEO insights into actionable recommendations. Structured, experiment‑driven mindset with controlled testing and clear hypothesis validation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to simplify technical concepts for non‑experts. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and passionate about measurable growth. Experience building scalable processes, documentation, and internal playbooks. Compensation & Benefits 70‑80 k € base + Stock‑Options/BSPCE (local currency). Flexible remote work in Europe; optional Paris office visits. 10 k € signing bonus and relocation support (apartment, visa).
