By joining our passionate, close-knit team, you can have an impact in many different ways and learn in a team that is both super skilled and fast-growingHere is what the day-to-day of a Senior Delivery Manager at Ledger looks like:What you’ll be doingUnderstand technical and product challenges, and represent the team towards 3rd party stakeholders.Manage a clear schedule and risks for the teamAssist in the proactive management of dependencies and alignments across teams and domains (cross-domain) to ensure coherent program deliveryIdentify, anticipate, challenge and help resolve impediments for the teamCoach the team in their continuous improvement and agile learningReport efficiently and regularly on the delivery plans and dependency impactsSupport Product and Tech in their respective duties - Backlog management, grooming, planification, prioritizationSupport the other Delivery Managers in monitoring metrics that give insight into the product, and drive positive changeSynthesize team progress status to provide clear visibility to stakeholders and middle managementWhat we’re looking forStrong expertise for software lifecycle management4+ years of practical program and project management skills, in traditional and agile practicesProven track record in supporting the delivery of fast growing teamsExcellent communication skills written and verbalJIRA is your friendFamiliarity or experience with Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)Demonstrated experience in defining or improving key delivery performance indicators (KPIs) for development teamsHaving a strong interest in cryptocurrencies and wishing to work with blockchain technology is an advantageAt Ledger, we are dedicated to continually investing in our employees which is why we offer more than just salaries; we provide comprehensive compensation packages that include a wide range of benefits.
