Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) - Santé au travail At Alan, we are reimagining occupational health ("médecine du travail") in France. Employees see mandatory health visits as pointless bureaucracy, HR admins struggle with services that add mental load, and occupational health practitioners lack the tools to focus on prevention. Our mission is to make occupational health a trusted partner that people actually turn to when they have work‑related health concerns. Our vision We are building Prévenir, a new kind of occupational health service that puts employees first. We aim to position the product as the leading fully integrated health partner for members and companies, and we expect it to be a major breakthrough in how companies care for their employees’ health at work. Responsibilities Work side by side with experienced team members to build the platform from 0 to 1. Craft a high‑impact, AI‑powered experience simplifying the journey for members and doctors. Design efficient and secure systems to ensure the integrity of sensitive medical data. Shape product and technical direction in collaboration with product teams, doctors, and operations.
