Their unique approach uses GenAI (Generative AI) to automate the hardest parts of data and code conversion, enabling them to deliver results in weeks, not years.The company has already secured strategic partnerships with major French multinationals.The RoleWe are looking for a Founding Engineer to join the team and help shape this technological breakthrough from the ground up.Solving technical challenges at massive scale.Building a new product category in an existing market.Being part of the founding team that redefines enterprise modernization.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and build the system ontology (interconnecting data, code, and processes) to secure the long-term product advantage.Collaborate with design partners to deliver high-impact product solutions (integration testing, migration engines, optimization).Iterate on GenAI-powered workflows that evolve into reusable product components.Develop robust infrastructure (data pipelines, benchmarks) and implement secure on-premise deployments.Skills and RequirementsEngineering degree from a top-tier school.Software Engineer first: you choose the appropriate tool for the appropriate need, regardless of specific language preference.End-to-end ownership and Bias for action: ability to translate strategic goals into architecture and rapidly deliver MVPs.Strong software architecture and system design (capable of structuring large, modular systems).Advanced programming skills in one or more of: Python, Java, or Go, with strong fundamentals in clean code and optimization.Experience in data modeling / ontology (schemas, knowledge graphs) and practical experience integrating LLMs / GenAI workflows (prompt engineering, RAG).Very good written and oral English skills.ConditionsLocation: Paris (2nd arrondissement - Sentier district).On-site collaboration strongly favored during this early stage to maximize speed and alignment.Competitive salary and stock options package.Seniority LevelExecutiveEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSoftware Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
